Interiors go wrong on a schedule, not on a mood board. A beautiful scheme is worth nothing if the lighting plan arrives after the ceilings are boarded, or the island position is fixed after the drainage is in.
So we treat the interior as part of the programme from the start. Whether the design comes from a designer we work alongside or one you've already appointed, we hold the dates by which each decision has to be made and get them in front of you early.
Design decisions, on the programme
Lighting layouts, switch and socket positions, underfloor heating zones, waste and water runs, joinery dimensions, tile setting-out, door and ironmongery schedules — each has a moment on site after which changing it costs real money. We work backwards from those moments so you're choosing calmly rather than on the spot.
Your designer, or one we bring in
Some clients arrive with an interior designer already appointed and a clear scheme; others want us to introduce one. Either way the relationship is the same: the designer owns the look, we own the delivery, and we make sure the two never drift apart.
Protecting the finish at the end
The last three weeks of a project are where a good build can be spoiled — trades working over finished surfaces, deliveries in the wrong order, a cleaning and protection regime nobody agreed. That end sequence is planned as carefully as the groundworks were.

- Decision deadlines set out in advance, in writing
