Starting again on a plot, with the discipline of a large site
Demolishing and rebuilding, or building on a cleared plot, puts every decision on the critical path. Groundworks, drainage, structure, roof, watertight, first fix, plaster, second fix, finishes — each stage gates the next, and a fortnight lost at foundation level is a fortnight lost at the end.
That's a programming job before it's a building job. We plan it, procure ahead of need so long-lead items don't stop the site, and keep the inspections and certification in step with the work rather than chasing them afterwards.
Procurement before it's urgent
Steel, windows, bespoke joinery and specialist glazing all have lead times longer than the stage that needs them. We get the decisions you need to make onto the table early, in the order they're actually needed, so the site isn't waiting on a choice nobody asked you to make.
Compliance kept in step with the build
Building regulations inspections, structural sign-offs, drainage and services approvals and the completion paperwork are all planned into the programme. Nothing gets covered up before it has been seen, and the certificates exist when you come to sell.
Quality checked while it's still visible
On a new structure the things that matter most — damp-proofing, insulation continuity, fixings, falls on drainage and flat roofs — are only inspectable for a short window. Being on site at those moments is the part of the job that can't be done from an office.
